Massage Therapy School Day 1 Tuesday Aug 1, 2023

 Class was good , went over handbook, and some self meditation. 

Hour lunch , got Arby’s and with 103temps and No ac in the car i got a mild headache. 

Discussed how to handle the Table and Started going over the Beck book Chapter 11.. 



Started High motivation Today .. the Extreme temps lowered it with the headache but still had it.

State Exam Test 3

 Took the state exam test today, it felt good but I missed it by 1 question.. ugh , thats ok IM so close to it!!!!!

  • New Supply Store in Plano
    Went to Plano for 2 days and finally checked out Handcrafted Therapy Supply Store in Plano Texas. Picked up a Electric lotion warmer
